MAINTENANCE PLAN
This plan consists of 5 lawn fertility treatments. 2 liquid treatments consisting of fertility and moss control and is designed to help you maintain an established lawn, the other 2 as a granular treatment containing potassium for rooting structure. This plan includes weed control to an established maintained lawn taking place in the spring and fall.

This plan has 8 lawn care treatments. 7 fertility and 1 liming including moss & Weed Control. Applied at the same application time frame as the #1 Maintenance plan. However, between Apr thru Oct we will apply 4 applications as opposed to 2 in the #1 Maintenance Plan.

This plan has the same application time frame as the #2 Turf Plan except this plan takes your lawns looks and health to a whole new level of turf care with the application of 2 wetting Agent Applications. With wetting agents water penetrates through and into the root zone more readily increasing water availability for the turf plant. In essence its makes water wetter and also enhances the performance of your irrigation system utilizing water more readily. Wetting agents are applied at 2 different applications, one prior to summer heat and one during summer stress
